Reckless Abandon

[while burning the Narrator's hand with lye]
Tyler Durden: Shut up! Our fathers were our models for God. If our fathers bailed, what does that tell you about God?
Narrator: No, no, I... don't...
Tyler Durden: Listen to me! You have to consider the possibility that God does not like you. He never wanted you. In all probability, he hates you. This is not the worst thing that can happen.
Narrator: It isn't?
Tyler Durden: We don't need him!

The law of attraction states what we think about we bring about. If an overwhelming portion of humanity's collective consciousness is preoccupied with abandonment issues then will be left. Will things we need leave us? It depends on what we really need. Will we drive away our retirement funds or tomorrow morning's sun rise? The latter being the true dis-aster.

Girodet's The Spirits of French Heroes Welcomed by Ossian into Odin's Paradise. This came up when i google imaged 'reckless abandon.' Maybe there will be some meaning later.

Dalai Lama said, "Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon." It's idiomatic English, meaning roughly "without care or regard for consequences." It also implies giving all you've got. Interesting.

Its tough to do a root cause analysis of macro abandonment issues. I would say these issues are prevalent because of family problems. Are black swans responsible for the reconfiguration of the modern family? Or was there a systematic and deliberate deconstruction of traditional family units?

Who or what is responsible for the change in families? Decepticons. It seems like subversive forces used sexual liberation, women's rights, divorce, child custody litigation as protective shields to destroy families.

Like Nietzsche said 'beyond good and evil'... we need to get beyond male and female.

Is their a holy war on shiksas? In winter 2004, Nathan Abrams said, "Ron Jeremy presents an image of a modern-day King David, a Jewish superstud who supersedes the traditional heroes of Jewish lore."

The Optimal Design of Ponzi Schemes in Finite Economies

As no rational agent would be willing to take part in the last round in a finite economy, it is difficult to design Ponzi schemes that are certain to explode. This paper argues that if agents correctly believe in the possibility of a partial bailout when a gigantic Ponzi scheme collapses, and they recognize that a bailout is tantamount to a redistribution of wealth from non-participants to participants, it may be rational for agents to participate, even if they know that it is the last round. We model a political economy where an unscrupulous profit-maximizing promoter can design gigantic Ponzi schemes to cynically exploit this "too big to fail" doctrine. We point to the fact that some of the spectacular Ponzi schemes in history occurred at times where and when such political economies existed - France (1719), Britain (1720), Russia (1994) and Albania (1997).

- Utpal Bhattacharya, 2003

Bernie Madoff provoked some anti-semitism with his ponzi scheme. Michael Savage says this is crap because most of Madoff's victims were jewish.

However, the IRS will let Madoff's victims take a 95% theft loss deduction, going back five years.

Where exactly did the $50 Billion Madoff stole go? Israel? The taxpayers just helped the mostly jewish victims recover their losses. Did zionists double their money?
