Influence of Television

For decades, research and studies have demonstrated that heavy television-viewing may lead to serious health consequences. Now the American medical community, which has long-voiced its concerns about the nation's epidemic of violence, TV addiction and the passive, sedentary nature of TV-watching, is taking a more activist stance, demonstrated by its endorsement of National TV-Turnoff Week.

The average child will watch 8,000 murders on TV before finishing elementary school. By age eighteen, the average American has seen 200,000 acts of violence on TV, including 40,000 murders. At a meeting in Nashville, TN last July, Dr. John Nelson of the American Medical Association (an endorser of National TV-Turnoff Week) said that if 2,888 out of 3,000 studies show that TV violence is a casual factor in real-life mayhem, "it's a public health problem." The American Psychiatric Association addressed this problem in its endorsement of National TV-Turnoff Week, stating, "We have had a long-standing concern with the impact of television on behavior, especially among children."

Millions of Americans are so hooked on television that they fit the criteria for substance abuse as defined in the official psychiatric manual, according to Rutgers University psychologist and TV-Free America board member Robert Kubey. Heavy TV viewers exhibit five dependency symptoms--two more than necessary to arrive at a clinical diagnosis of substance abuse. These include: 1) using TV as a sedative; 2) indiscriminate viewing; 3) feeling loss of control while viewing; 4) feeling angry with oneself for watching too much; 5) inability to stop watching; and 6) feeling miserable when kept from watching.

Violence and addiction are not the only TV-related health problems. A National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey released in October 1995 found 4.7 million children between the ages of 6-17 (11% of this age group) to be severely overweight, more than twice the rate during the 1960's. The main culprits: inactivity (these same children average more than 22 hours of television-viewing a week) and a high-calorie diet. A 1991 study showed that there were an average of 200 junk food ads in four hours of children's Saturday morning cartoons.

According to William H. Deitz, pediatrician and prominent obesity expert at Tufts University School of Medicine, "The easiest way to reduce inactivity is to turn off the TV set. Almost anything else uses more energy than watching TV."

Children are not the only Americans suffering from weight problems; one-third of American adults are overweight. According to an American Journal of Public Health study, an adult who watches three hours of TV a day is far more likely to be obese than an adult who watches less than one hour.

Sometimes the problem is not too much weight; it's too little. Seventy-five percent of American women believe they are too fat, an image problem that often leads to bulimia or anorexia. Sound strange? Not when one takes into account that female models and actresses are twenty-three percent thinner than the average woman and thinner than ninety-five percent of the female population.

Porn stats - can this be shut off too?
The truth is that the United States is completely addicted to pornography.

Did you know that.....

*89% of porn is created in America?

*$2.84 billion in revenue was generated from U.S. porn sites in 2006?

*89 dollars is spent on porn every single second of the day?

*260 new porn sites go online every day?

*Porn revenue is larger than all of the COMBINED revenues of all professional football, baseball and basketball franchises in the United States?

*A survey of "Promise Keeper" men revealed that 53% of them had viewed pornography in the last week?

*The number of pornographic websites is over 4.2 million (12% of the total websites in the world), and that those websites get over 40 million visits per day?

*25% of all search engine requests are related to porn?

*More than 70% of all men between the ages of 18 and 34 visit a pornographic site in a typical month?

Matthew Hoh’s resignation letter

Resignation reminds me of Ram Bahadur Bomjon. He is constantly restraining himself from his lower appetites and renouncing worldly endeavors. If its true that he fasts and meditates for 96 consecutive hours on a regular basis then he is almost totally resigned from the world.

Anyway, the "terrorists" aren't targeting Amish people. Amish people don't fuck with anyone. They too have pretty much resigned from society.

Ambassador Nancy J. Powell
Director General of the Foreign Service and
Director of Human Resources
U.S. Department of State
2201 C. Street NW
Washington, D.C. 20520

Dear Ambassador Powell:

It is with great regret and disappointment I submit my resignation from my appointment as a Political Officer in the Foreign Service and my post as the Senior Civilian Representative for the U.S. Government in Zabul Province. I have served six of the previous ten years in service to our country overseas, to include deployment as a U.S. Marine officer and Department of Defense civilian in the Euphrates and Tigris River Valleys of Iraq in 2004-2005 and 2006-2007. I did not enter into this position lightly or with any undue expectations nor did I believe my assignment would be without sacrifice, hardship or difficulty. However, in the course of my five months of service in Afghanistan, in both Regional Commands East and South, I have lost understanding of and confidence in the strategic purposes of the United States’ presence in Afghanistan. I have doubts and reservations about our current strategy and planned future strategy, but my resignation is based not upon how we are pursuing this war, but why and to what end. To put simply: I fail to see the value or the worth in continued U.S. casualties or expenditures of resources in support of the Afghan government in what is, truly, a 35-year old civil war.

This fall will mark the eighth year of U.S. combat, governance and development operations within Afghanistan. Next fall, the United States’ occupation will equal in length the Soviet Union’s own physical involvement in Afghanistan. Like the Soviets, we continue to secure and bolster a failing state, while encouraging an ideology and system of government unknown and unwanted by its people.

If the history of Afghanistan is one great stage play, the United States is no more than a supporting actor, among several previously, in a tragedy that not only pits tribes, valleys, clans, villages and families against one another, but, from at least the end of King Zahir Shah’s reign, has violently and savagely pitted the urban, secular, educated and modern of Afghanistan against the rural, religious, illiterate and traditional. It is this latter group that composes and supports the Pashtun insurgency. The Pashtun insurgency, which is composed of multiple, seemingly infinite, local groups, is fed by what is perceived by the Pashtun people as a continued and sustained assault, going back centuries, on Pashtun land, culture, traditions and religion by internal and external enemies. The U.S. and NATO presence and operations in Pashtun valleys and villages, as well as Afghan army and police unites that are led and composed of non-Pashtun soldiers and police, provide an occupation force against which the insurgency is justified. In both RC East and South, I have observed that the bulk of the insurgency fights not for the white banner of the Taliban, but rather against the presence of foreign soldiers and taxes imposed by an unrepresentative government in Kabul.

The United States military presence in Afghanistan greatly contributes to the legitimacy and strategic message of the Pashtun insurgency. In a like manner our backing of the Afghan government in its current form continues to distance the government from the people. The Afghan government’s failings particularly when weighed against the sacrifice of American lives and dollars, appear legion and metastatic:

* Glaring corruption and unabashed graft;
* President whose confidants and chief advisers comprise drug lords and war crimes villains, who mock our own rule of law and counternarcotics efforts;
* A system of prvincial and district leaders constituted of local power brokers, opportunists and strongmen allied to the United States solely for, and limited by, the value of our USAID and CERP contracts and whose own political and economic interests stand nothing to gain from any positive or genuine attempts at reconciliation; and
* The recent election process dominated by fraud and discredited by low voter turnout, which has created an enormous victory for our enemy who now claims a popular boycott and will call into question worldwide our government’s military, economic and diplomatic support for an invalid and illegitimate Afghan government.

Our support for this kind of government, coupled with a misunderstanding of the insurgency’s true nature, reminds me horribly of our involvement with South Vietnam; an unpopular and corrupt government we backed at the expense of our Nation’s own internal peace, against an insurgency whose nationalism we arrogantly and ignorantly mistook as a rival to our own Cold War ideology.

I find specious the reasons we ask for bloodshed and sacrifice from our young men and women in Afghanistan. If honest, our stated strategy of securing Afghanistan to prevent al-Qaeda resurgence or regrouping would require us to additionally invade and occupy western Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, etc. Our presence in Afghanistan has only increased destabilization and insurgency in Pakistan where we rightly fear a toppled or weakened Pakistani government may lose control of its nuclear weapons. However, again, to follow the logic of our stated goals we should garrison Pakistan, not Afghanistan. More so, the September 11th attacks, as well as the Madrid and London bombings, were primarily planned and organized in Western Europe; a point that highlights the threat is not one tied to traditional geographic or political boundaries. Finally, if our concern is for a failed state crippled by corruption and poverty and under assault from criminal and drug lords, then if we bear our military and financial contributions to Afghanistan, we must reevaluate and increase our commitment to and involvement in Mexico.

Eight years into war, no nation has ever known as more dedicated, well trained, experienced and disciplined military as the U.S. Armed Forces. I do not believe any military force has ever been tasked with such a complex, opaque and Sisyphean mission as the U.S. Military has received in Afghanistan. The tactical proficiency and performance of our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines is unmatched and unquestioned. However, this is not the European or Pacific theaters of World War II, but rather is a war for which our leaders, uniformed civilian and elected, have inadequately prepared and resourced our men and women. Our forces, devoted and faithful, have been committed to conflict in an indefinite and unplanned manner that has become a cavalier, politically expedient and Pollyannaish misadventure. Similarly, the United State has a dedicated and talented cadre of civilians, both U.S. government employees and contractors, who believe in and sacrifice for their mission, but have been ineffectually trained and led with guidance and intent shaped more by the political climate in Washington, D.C. than in Afghan cities, villages, mountains and valleys.

“We are spending oursleves into oblivion” a very talented and intelligent commander, one of America’s best, briefs every visitor, staff delegation and senior officer. We are mortgaging our Nation’s economy on a war, which, even with increased commitment, will remain a draw for years to come. Success and victory, whatever they may be, will be realized not in years, after billions more spent, but in decades and generations. The United States does not enjoy a national treasury for such success and victory.

I realize the emotion and tone of my letter and ask you excuse any ill temper. I trust you understand the nature of this war and the sacrifices made by so many thousands of families who have been separated from loved ones deployed in defense of our Nation and whose homes bear the fractures, upheavals and scars of multiple and compounded deployments. Thousands of our men and women have returned home with physical and mental wounds, some that will never heal or will only worsen with time. The dead return only in bodily form to be received by families who must be reassured their dead haves sacrificed for a purpose worthy of futures lost, love vanished, and promised dreams unkept. I have lost confidence such assurances can anymore be made. As such, I submit my resignation.
Sincerely,

From some dude's blog:

Anyone who's read the book “Charlie Wilson's War” by George Crile or watched the movie by the same name, would know by now, that we – the CIA – turned primitive but fierce Afghan tribesmen into techno-holy warriors, armed to their teeth, to fight the Soviets during their 10-year occupation of Afghanistan. In the end the Russians left, the Soviet Union crumbled, the Berlin wall fell – Afghanistan was “the straw that broke the camel's back”, it helped brake the USSR economically. The US soon turned its back on Afghanistan and funding to help rebuild Afghanistan was cut off under Clinton – despite Charlie Wilson's best efforts – in 1993.

Under the umbrella of the CIA's program to assist the Afghan mujahideen, various loosely-aligned Afghan opposition groups, in their fight against the Soviet occupiers (and the then communist Afghan government), Afghanistan became a gathering place for Islamist volunteer jihadists from all over the world. Afghan commanders on the CIA's payroll included Pakistan's former intelligence chief Hamid Gul and Jalaluddin Haqani, the host to Rep. Charlie Wilson on several of his visits to Afghanistan. Osama bin Laden was one of those volunteer-jihadists and a major financier of the mujahideen groups. He was frequently found in the same area as Haqani.

Robin Cook, former leader of the British House of Commons and Foreign Secretary from 1997-2001, wrote in The Guardian on Friday, July 8, 2005,

Bin Laden was, though, a product of a monumental miscalculation by western security agencies. Throughout the 80s he was armed by the CIA and funded by the Saudis to wage jihad against the Russian occupation of Afghanistan. Al-Qaida, literally “the database”, was originally the computer file of the thousands of mujahideen who were recruited and trained with help from the CIA to defeat the Russians.

After the tragedy of 9/11/2001, many of the CIA's former allies, who had received bags of US taxpayer money each month became top targets of the US forces in Afghanistan. When we turned our backs on Afghanistan and cut off funding, the Taliban, one of the many mujahideen fractions – this one backed by Pakistan – rushed in and rapidly filled the vacuum.

It is worth noting, that the Afghan mujahideen did attribute their victory over the Soviet military to Allah, not the support, weaponry and billions of US taxpayer dollars (think education, healthcare, infrastructure here at home etc.) provided by the CIA. In fact many began to see the US – lone super power by now – as a threat. From the book “Charlie Wilson's War”: “As early as the Gulf War, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, long the main recipient of CIA weaponry, articulated his belief that the United States was seeking world domination and control of Muslim oil”.

Why is the land of Afghanistan somehow critical?

The Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline (TAPI) is a proposed natural gas pipeline being developed by the Asian Development Bank. The pipeline was designed to transport Caspian Sea natural gas from Turkmenistan through Afghanistan's Southern region around Kandahar into Pakistan and then to India.

The original project started in March 1995 when an inaugural memorandum of understanding between the governments of Turkmenistan and Pakistan for a pipeline project was signed. In August 1996, the Central Asia Gas Pipeline, Ltd. (CentGas) consortium for construction of a pipeline, led by U.S. oil company, Unocal was formed. On October 27, 1997, CentGas was incorporated in formal signing ceremonies in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan by several international oil companies along with the Government of Turkmenistan. In January 1998, the Taliban-led government of Afghanistan signed an agreement that allowed the proposed project to proceed. In June 1998, Russian Gazprom relinquished its 10% stake in the project. Unocal withdrew from the consortium on December 8, 1998. The pipeline negotiations with the Taliban run Afghan government broke down definitively in August of 2001. The Toronto's Globe and Mail columnist Lawrence Martin wrote at the time, “Washington was furious, leading to speculation it might take out the Taliban. After 9/11, the Taliban, with good reason, were removed — and pipeline planning continued with the Karzai government. U.S. forces installed bases near Kandahar, where the pipeline was to run. A key motivation for the pipeline was to block a competing bid involving Iran, a charter member of the ‘axis of evil.'”

With the Taliban out of the picture, a new deal, a Gas Pipeline Framework Agreement to build a U.S.-backed $7.6 billion pipeline was signed on December 27, 2002 by the leaders of Turkmenistan, Afghanistan (now US-backed Karzai government) and Pakistan. In 2005, the Asian Development Bank submitted the final version of a feasibility study.

However, since 2003 and the beginning of the Iraq war, the Taliban was slowly able to regroup and re-surge and are now in control of most of Southern Afghanistan. Construction of the Turkmen part was supposed to start in 2006, but the overall feasibility is questionable since the southern part of the Afghan pipeline section runs through territory around Kandahar, which continues to be under de facto Taliban control. The project has essentially stalled. It is once again time to clear out the Taliban so the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline project can come to fruition. That is what our brave men and women are fighting for. After all, most if not all wars are fought for economic reasons if you bother to look close enough.

Cashing Out

In America, everyone disagrees with some policy of the government. The government is so big it cannot be customized to fit everyone's belief. Most people feel the government murders either the unborn via abortion or the people of the middle east via war. They will all say they don't support the government, but they all do. When they signed their 1040 they admitted to the rest of the world that they are an accessory in those murders. They chose to live in more comfort rather than save lives.

If people really cared they would minimize the tax they pay and the interest payments they make. No one is forcing them to work 40+ hours a week (and give 30% of their earnings to the government). No one is forcing them to take out loans for expensive homes and cars (and give half of the total cost to the banks). But every time they do they make the government and the federal reserve stronger.

If you don't support the government, then don't support the government. Activism is a joke. Violence never works. Just cash out. That way, it isn't treason and you are not an accessory. Live in a small apartment. Use a bike for transportation. Grow your own food. Humility.

Jesus said the same thing once. Christians are too pussy to listen to his message.

Matthew 22

Paying Taxes to Caesar
15 Then the Pharisees went out and laid plans to trap him in his words. 16 They sent their disciples to him along with the Herodians. "Teacher," they said, "we know you are a man of integrity and that you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. You aren't swayed by men, because you pay no attention to who they are. 17 Tell us then, what is your opinion? Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?"
18 But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, "You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap me? 19 Show me the coin used for paying the tax." They brought him a denarius, 20 and he asked them, "Whose portrait is this? And whose inscription?"
 21 "Caesar's," they replied.
Then he said to them, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's."
22 When they heard this, they were amazed. So they left him and went away.

What do your dollars say on them? FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE. Then give your dollars back to the federal reserve. Cash out. Fuck it. They can't tax you and get stronger if you don't make any money. Live a simple lifestyle. Don't buy new clothes. Ever. Don't buy TV's or cable.

Jesus said, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's." The only thing you owe Caesar is his bitch ass money. What you owe God is your time, energy, heart, soul, and mind. But how can people give that to God when they are too busy working 40+ hours a week so they can live comfortably.

Some fags might also point to Romans 13.

Romans 13

Submission to the Authorities
1 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4 For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. 6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

Let's compare this to the gospel of Luke.

Luke 4

The Temptation of Jesus
1 Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the desert, 2 where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry.
3 The devil said to him, "If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread."
4 Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone.”
5 The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. 6 And he said to him, "I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. 7 So if you worship me, it will all be yours."
8 Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'
9 The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. "If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down from here. 10 For it is written:
“'He will command his angels concerning you
      to guard you carefully;
11 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.'
12 Jesus answered, "It says: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’”
13 When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.

Now you can see why Saul of Tarsus is a false prophet. Luke shows us that the devil has authority on earth. Paul says to obey that authority. Jesus tells us to love God. I ask you this, how can you love God without rejecting the devil? How is Paul in the bible? Who believes his shit?

What I am beginning to see is that the bible has been severely mutilated through the years. Jesus is the Truth. And his Father in Heaven isn't always the same dude in the old testament.

Deuteronomy 6: 10-11

10 When the LORD your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you—a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, 11 houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant—then when you eat and are satisfied, 12 be careful that you do not forget the LORD, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

The LORD right there seems to emphasize possessions and material shit. (wtf). Very similar to the Devil in Luke 4. Jesus' Father in Heaven doesn't emphasize that shit. He is all about humility. And Truth.

Someone once said, “What makes humility so desirable is the marvelous thing it does to us; it creates in us a capacity for the closest possible intimacy with God”

Be humble. Cash out. Stop working for possessions and comfort. Vow of poverty 2009.

The 1.618 Virtue Clique: for secession and self control

“Let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will reign over the All.”

You can’t make people look for anything. They have to be disillusioned and looking for answers on their own accord. Once they do they will start seeing the truth. They will read books and blogs. They’ll watch videos and take notes. Most of it will be served to them on a silver platter and they will become troubled. It’s been said, whoever has come to recognize the world has found (only) a corpse. However, they must not stop. They must be obsessed like they etymology of the word suggests. Obsessed > besieged> siege> seat> the most important seat was never the throne. It was the seat at the round table of the one who would find the Holy Grail.

They will be astonished once they passionately take those ideas and learn how to think and find truth for themselves every single day. A new ability will awaken within them. They will take all the information into their own hands and step outside of the paradigm. They’ll step outside of every paradigm. They will find the esoteric good hidden by this carcass of a world. The real world is paradise, this is the ultimate realization. They will realize they don’t have to participate in the decay. Secession will be a legitimate option.

These are the people I would like to meet.

And what is the All? Remember, it’s not the soul that leaves the body; it’s the body that leaves the soul. We are not in the world, the world is in us. We are not in the mind, the mind is in us. It all happens in the soul- the only part of us that’s real. The soul connects the five senses to what is inconceivable like eternity and love. The universe is just a mirage, all things are really just vibrations of atoms in empty space and God is the invisible organizing power. Believers create miracles- not visa versa.

Reckless Abandon

[while burning the Narrator's hand with lye]
Tyler Durden: Shut up! Our fathers were our models for God. If our fathers bailed, what does that tell you about God?
Narrator: No, no, I... don't...
Tyler Durden: Listen to me! You have to consider the possibility that God does not like you. He never wanted you. In all probability, he hates you. This is not the worst thing that can happen.
Narrator: It isn't?
Tyler Durden: We don't need him!

The law of attraction states what we think about we bring about. If an overwhelming portion of humanity's collective consciousness is preoccupied with abandonment issues then will be left. Will things we need leave us? It depends on what we really need. Will we drive away our retirement funds or tomorrow morning's sun rise? The latter being the true dis-aster.

Girodet's The Spirits of French Heroes Welcomed by Ossian into Odin's Paradise. This came up when i google imaged 'reckless abandon.' Maybe there will be some meaning later.

Dalai Lama said, "Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon." It's idiomatic English, meaning roughly "without care or regard for consequences." It also implies giving all you've got. Interesting.

Its tough to do a root cause analysis of macro abandonment issues. I would say these issues are prevalent because of family problems. Are black swans responsible for the reconfiguration of the modern family? Or was there a systematic and deliberate deconstruction of traditional family units?

Who or what is responsible for the change in families? Decepticons. It seems like subversive forces used sexual liberation, women's rights, divorce, child custody litigation as protective shields to destroy families.

Like Nietzsche said 'beyond good and evil'... we need to get beyond male and female.

Is their a holy war on shiksas? In winter 2004, Nathan Abrams said, "Ron Jeremy presents an image of a modern-day King David, a Jewish superstud who supersedes the traditional heroes of Jewish lore."

The Optimal Design of Ponzi Schemes in Finite Economies

As no rational agent would be willing to take part in the last round in a finite economy, it is difficult to design Ponzi schemes that are certain to explode. This paper argues that if agents correctly believe in the possibility of a partial bailout when a gigantic Ponzi scheme collapses, and they recognize that a bailout is tantamount to a redistribution of wealth from non-participants to participants, it may be rational for agents to participate, even if they know that it is the last round. We model a political economy where an unscrupulous profit-maximizing promoter can design gigantic Ponzi schemes to cynically exploit this "too big to fail" doctrine. We point to the fact that some of the spectacular Ponzi schemes in history occurred at times where and when such political economies existed - France (1719), Britain (1720), Russia (1994) and Albania (1997).

- Utpal Bhattacharya, 2003

Bernie Madoff provoked some anti-semitism with his ponzi scheme. Michael Savage says this is crap because most of Madoff's victims were jewish.

However, the IRS will let Madoff's victims take a 95% theft loss deduction, going back five years.
http://www.nydailynews.com/money/2009/03/17/2009-03-17_victims_of_the_bernie_madoff_ponzi_schem.html

Where exactly did the $50 Billion Madoff stole go? Israel? The taxpayers just helped the mostly jewish victims recover their losses. Did zionists double their money?

Solution Think / Paradise Engineering

Its easy to find hidden evil shit and point at it. Its easy to talk shit on Jews. Its easy to find the problems. Let's take the next step and really get to root causes of problems and solve this shit. Let's have the audacity to engineer paradise on earth. Jesus said, "If your leaders say to you, 'Look, the Father's kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is within you and it is without you."

It's not so much that I'm not happy with how things are but I'm not happy that other's aren't happy with how things are. How can so many people sit around and live this way? WTF.

This is a rough sketch of the new paradise culture. If I could start a cult I would make the following social norms:

Shit talking: He who is without sin cast the first stone. Before you talk shit on someone or something talk shit on yourself. Really talk shit on yourself. I'll do this and sometimes people say "too much information" but let's be realistic. Confess all the things you never tell anyone. Pointing out one's own flaws is like finding buried treasure. Flaws and mistakes are opportunities for improvement. I'm not saying turn your weaknesses into strengths, just heal your flaws. Talking shit on yourself is cathartic. It protects you from sounding all sanctimonious too and lets people know who you really are. My goal is to become so virtuous that people get a natural high just from being around me. To get to that point I have to be real with people. I need to notice the beams in my own eyes before i point out the splinters in other peoples eyes. And if I openly talk about weird/embarassing/bad things I did in my life people will be able to relate with me better in the long run. It's been said that a corrupt tree bears corrupt fruit. Who would want to listen to what I have to say if I constantly undermine my credibility by saying weird shit about myself? People will say dude you're a piece of shit. But then they'll realize everyone has done or thought ridiculous shit including themselves. Its ok to be open about it because then we can fix it. Don't dwell on it either. Just fix it and move on.

Expose Esoteric Agendas: 'He who is without sin cast the first stone' doesn't let all these demented psychopaths out there off the hook. We need to identify evil and neutralize it. For example we need to cure people who kill the 'children witches' in Africa and we need to imprison the real witches who try to do demonic shit in real life.

Expose the esoteric good: There is so much good out there that no one knows about because the bad stuff keeps it unknown. Jamba juice has some great products, ibogaine cures drug addiciton, water can be used to transmit messages and can be positively charged with music, Apple Cider Vinegar, tea tree oil etc.

American Synchromystics Foundation: The ASF or something like that can be a place where people research and figure out all kinds of mysteries.

The Center for Psychonautic Research: The CPR or something like that can be a place where people document and preserve their own experiences and get to really know themselves.

The Institutute for Advances Amerobotics: The IAA can be a place where people look at how backwards we are as Americans / Amerobots and can work towards evolving as a society. We will redefine American milestones. Currently they are "go to a good school, get a good job, buy a nice car, have a saturnalian wedding, buy a nice house." Each of these is associated with debt, the job being a time debt that the american actually loans and never gets back. We should celebrate and respect the point when a person can read write and teach himself anything, when he establishes a relieble trade network, when he can freely move and explore the world, when he finds a partner to have kids with, and when he has a compound where he can establish a lineage.

Anti-Sprawl: All new home building banned. McMansions are seen as disgraceful. See how pissed the E.L.F. Earth Liberation Front already is about this shit. Resources should be redirected to fixing what already exists. Move back to the city. Fix an old farm.

Cars: The car ownership model will be that of zip cars. There are too many cars underutilized. Entire fleets just sit for the majority of any given day. Its a waste of resources. We don't need a car for every person.

Kill Television: Complete destruction of TVs everywhere. If you want to watch something watch it online. Television is unilateral. There is no exchange of ideas. It loads shit into people brains all day without them having time to analize or critically think about any of it. It is a weapon of mass destruction via mis and dis information. I read kids see about 2 weeks worth of commercials alone per year. 2 COMPLETE WEEKS!! I heard somewhere that the chinese television proliferation program was implemented and executed before any other program including their nuclear programs. We need to kill TVs and I hope to find a way to get people to do this on their own.

Internet: Free computers and internet for all. Net nuetrality laws. The internet must be free and open foever. LAws on search engines that keep them honest. We can pay for all this by taxing the shit out of the porno tycoons.

Taxes: Tax the shit out of Porn and Hollywood. Tax the shit out of it. And tax the shit out of alcohol and big tobacco.

Sex: Sex is a divine sacrament and should be treated as such. A truly well done orgasm can activate the pineal gland and create a religious experience that brings two people close together. You can really make love via sex. It should not be used as a toy. It shouldn't be used to get girls addicted to you so you can manipulate them. Getting good at getting girls so you can use them is wrong.

Secession: The states should secede. Apparently this is what the civil war was about. Anyway, borders should be drawn according to ecological systems. A GIS breakdown of vegetation and terrain zones will show how our borders should look. We should be stewards of the environment. Google image: ecoregional boundaries.

Explode the rat race: People stay in the rat race because of debt, distractions like porn television and sports, the mythical need for healthcare, they amerobotic need for comfort and routine, chemicals like sugar flouride and preservatives, the misguided wetdream that a 401k and roth IRA will actually be there for retirement, the knowledge that we have it so much better than starving people in africa and should be complacent and thankful... Well fuck all that because those are no reasons to spend 40+ hours a week (three months a year) away from your friends and family.

Holotropic Mindset: We have to stop thinking in heirarchy terms. Society to be thought of as an ecosystem. Metrics drive behavior. New milestones adopted can be a remedy for this.

Derogatory language: euphemisms and platitudes will be considered derogatory language. We will be direct and truthful. We will get to the root cause. We will use tact, but not if it undermines reality. Using spatial metaphors to rank people and things will be considered profanity. Using growth tropes in urban investment efforts will be considered vulgar. George Lakoff's work on how metaphors are internalized in mental models is pretty powerful if applied to the right things. Cuss words are not encouraged but they aren't offensive unless they are limiting vocubulary usage.

Domestic mischief: Pranks on fast food companies, porn companies, big media companies are encouraged if it is effective in dismantling these institutions.

Ergonomics: Work spaces will have building codes that prevent flourescent lighting, white noise, animal cage cubicles, and screen brightness damage to eyes.

Pro-life: The death penalty is banned. Abortion is banned. The abortion exception will be to save the life of a mother in times of complication. The so called "war on terror" is called off.

No war: preserving the USD hegemony and sacrificing soldiers to demon alien extra-dimensional whatevers will be discontinued. The First Earth Battalion will be in charge of nuclear disarmament.

Ban Toxins: Proper labeling if not outright banning of all toxins. Cigarette additives banned. flouride in water is banned.

Science: a comprehensive study of laziness should be started immediately. What makes people lazy?

Technology investment: Nuclear fission, water technology, all the alternative energies, real medicine...

Legalize drugs: DMT should be used as a tool to see new frequencies of reality. Weed legal. Crack and Meth discouraged. Rehab available. We can cut demand.

Legalize simple assualt: No harm no foul. People need the shit beat out of them sometimes. If we have to take a problem to the streets let's do it.

Pro Guns: It must be easy for people to get guns. All types of guns. If guns were never invented then I would say don't invent them. But they are here. The people need to protect themselves. Body armor is legal too.

Stop Blame: Blaming people is a way to protect one's self image. Cognitive dissonance is unbearable for some people. See where stuff started, fix it and move on. Sidenote: Is there any reason we would ever 'evolve' the need to preserve our self image? No. Evolution is ridiculous.

Catalog of questionable shit: There's a lot of shit out there that looks fucked up but there are no victims i.e. real dolls, furries, bug chasers, otherkin, japanese suicide clubs. All this shit is consensual. Is it any of my business? I don't know. What's the difference between judging something and diagnosing something? It's not my place to stop these people from living how they want to but i want to know why this shit is happening.

Debt transparency: Make taking on consumer debt very unfashionable. Online listing of people's debt in a secure way. Privacy for consumer debt forfeited when borrowing for retarded shit.

Interest rates: The fed is eliminated. The Government creates the money. No interest can be collected by someone printing money. Silver standard instituted.

The Jewish question: There are evil people everywhere. Some jews are good some jews are bad just like any other people group. I am against jewish protection artists. Like I said, everyone should learn how to talk shit on themselves and confess wrongdoings in order to move on and acheive an earthly paradise. I would like to see Israel dissolved much like the soviet union was too.

Bottom line: we must be seeing problems out here as oppurtunities to fix and create paradise. Get to the root cause. Get away from the Amerobot lifestyle. Expose evil. Don't take shit from people. Beat the shit out of weasels who have voracious appetites for circumvention and fiendishly pursue loopholes with insatiable desires to exploit any and all technicalities.

Most importantly Do what works for you and we can get there together. Like Jeet Kune Do:

I have not invented a "new style," composite, modified or otherwise that is set within distinct form as apart from "this" method or "that" method. On the contrary, I hope to free my followers from clinging to styles, patterns, or molds. Remember that Jeet Kune Do is merely a name used, a mirror in which to see "ourselves". . . Jeet Kune Do is not an organized institution that one can be a member of. Either you understand or you don't, and that is that. There is no mystery about my style. My movements are simple, direct and non-classical. The extraordinary part of it lies in its simplicity. Every movement in Jeet Kune-Do is being so of itself. There is nothing artificial about it. I always believe that the easy way is the right way. Jeet Kune-Do is simply the direct expression of one's feelings with the minimum of movements and energy. The closer to the true way of Kung Fu, the less wastage of expression there is. Finally, a Jeet Kune Do man who says Jeet Kune Do is exclusively Jeet Kune Do is simply not with it. He is still hung up on his self-closing resistance, in this case anchored down to reactionary pattern, and naturally is still bound by another modified pattern and can move within its limits. He has not digested the simple fact that truth exists outside all molds; pattern and awareness is never exclusive. Again let me remind you Jeet Kune Do is just a name used, a boat to get one across, and once across it is to be discarded and not to be carried on one's back.
